Tyson Fearon aged 32years (29/05/1979) of Walnut Tree Walk, SE11 has been sentenced to five years and six months imprisonment at Inner London Crown Court on Friday, 2 September for possession with intent to supply cocaine.

The court heard that Lambeth Borough Police Officers obtained a warrant to enter and search Fearon’s address as reports had been received that drugs were being dealt from the address.

Officers attended and forced entry to the premises on 14 September 2010.
A search revealed a small amount of herbal cannabis, two small individual wraps and one larger package of cocaine was found as well as two sets of digital scales and numerous mobile phones and laptop computers.

Fearon was arrested the next day on 15 September and charged with possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply on Tuesday, 11 January 2011.

PC Gerry Fox from Bishops Ward Safer Neighbourhoods Team said, “This arrest resulted in the closure of an address used for the supply of controlled drugs, and demonstrates our resolve in dealing with this issue.”
