3. There will be some temporary rolling road closures along the route but no permanent road closures along the route are planned. Some minor disruption to traffic and bus routes can be expected.

4.  Once the protestors have arrived in Victoria Street outside B.I.S. we may have to implement a traffic exclusion zone in Victoria Street between the junction with Broadway and Parliament Square. Pedestrian access will not be affected.

It will not be possible to specify a time in advance for the traffic exclusion zone. This will depend on factors prevailing at the time such as number of protestors, speed of the march and disruption to traffic. However we anticipate this may be anytime between 3.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.

·       To provide event organisers with a vital link to the police command team and explanation of police actions.

·       To support the event organisers who are planning a peaceful and safe event for all those taking part.

8.  We will circulate e-mails and updates through Community Safe and the MPS Neighbourhood Link system.  On the day of the march we will provide live updates via our Twitter account @CO11metpolice and the MPS website Home - Metropolitan Police Service.
