The Ravensbury team in partnership with Ward Panel members has agreed to the following Ward priorities:

Anti Social Behaviour in General

Ravensbury Safer Neighbourhoods Team is continuing to monitor the issue of Anti Social Behaviour on the ward with additional patrols in and around the Town Centre. The team has identified a number of youths for anti - social behaviour around the Town Centre and action is currently being taken to issue these youths with Warning Letters.

Anti Social Behaviour by Motorist

Ravensbury Safer Neighbourhood Team has continued to address this priority on the Ward.
On Tuesday 19th January 2010 a Motorist was stopped for using a mobile phone whilst driving and was found to be disqualified. He was subsequently arrested and charged and bailed to Wimbledon magistrates court. Mr Con Watson of Sutton received a suspended sentence and 120 hours community service as well as a fine.

Truancy

During School hours the team proactively patrol the ward and obtained details of youths caught truanting.

MET-TRACK is back

MetTrack is being re launched in the Borough on Thursday 25th March at the HUB, Tooting and Mitcham Football Club on Bishopsford Road.

The Met- Track sessions are free to anyone aged between 10 - 17 Years who are not yet involved in sport. The sessions are athletic based for all abilities and covers all track and field events.
Coaching is undertaken by fully qualified coaches.

Starting at 4.00pm until 5.30pm every Thursday including school holidays.
